The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday, May 28th to review the results of the May 22nd 2013 Montgomery County Tax Foreclosure Real Estate Auction. The Board of Supervisors rejected the offers on parcels #39, 62 and 64. The remaining parcels were approved to move forward for closings on or before close of business, Friday, June 21st 2013. Deposits will be forfieted on constracts failing to close on or before close of business, Friday, June 21st 2013.
